The metal dutch weave wire mesh adopts a differentiated design of warp and weft wire diameters (the warp wire is usually thicker than the weft wire). Through plain, twill, bamboo flower or contrast weaving technology, it forms a finer filtration density than the square hole mesh (up to 1600 mesh), achieving micron-level particle retention. The materials include SUS304, 316L, pure nickel wire, etc., ensuring stable performance in acid, alkali and high temperature environments, and increasing the life by more than 30%.
